The Champions for Skin Integrity Project is funded by the Australian Government Department of Health and Ageing under the Encouraging Best Practice in Residential Aged Care (EBPRAC) program. This project aims to promote the use of evidence based practice in the prevention and management of wounds for clients in aged care facilities.
